November 1, 2008: CEVS has announced that, effective this date, all student organizations and campus departments must provide a University account number to make any reservation, including those for free space. Registered student organizations using campus facilities will need to have an agency account through SPAC by that date.

• You won’t miss getting table reservations for Fall Welcome Week (accepted August 25).
• You can make reservations for up to three non-recurring Fall Quarter events.
• You’ll be ready to make weekly reservations at CEVS on September 22.
• Incoming students will be able to find your group on the SPAC website.
• You can hold activities and start fundraising immediately at the beginning of Fall Quarter.
• You can make Fall Quarter display case reservations.
• You will keep the same mailbox number from last year.
• You won’t have to rush the first week of the Quarter.
• You can cross it off your “To Do” list and your group will see how organized you are!
